Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Biblical texts

The biblical texts quoted in the application come from translations whose rights belong to their respective publishers. Bibleo uses them in compliance with the applicable licenses. These texts remain the property of their rights holders.

4.3 User content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the application (collections, personal notes). By using Bibleo, you grant us a limited license to store this content locally on your device in order to ensure the operation of the service.

5. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

5.1 Subscription offers

Bibleo Pro is available as a subscription with several plans:

5.2 Free trial period

Certain offers include a free trial period (3 days). At the end of this period:

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5.4 Management and cancellation

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account (App Store). To cancel:

You may also manage your subscription directly from the application via the Profile > Manage subscription section.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund will be made.

5.5 Payment processing

All payments are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. Bibleo:

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium where performance has begun with your consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Bibleo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a substantial change, you will be informed by a notification within the application. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Bibleo at any time by uninstalling the application. Remember to cancel your subscription beforehand.

12.2 By Bibleo

Bibleo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice or compensation.

12.3 Effects

Termination results in the loss of access to premium features. Locally stored data will be deleted upon uninstallation.

13. General provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bibleo. If any provision is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator in the event of an unresolved dispute.
