The Bibleo application attaches fundamental importance to protecting the privacy and personal data of its users. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the data we collect, how we use it and the rights available to you.

- Usage data: progress within the application, daily streak, interactions with verses

Bibleo does not use any third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDK (no Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer, or any other tracking service).

Your data is used to:
- Personalize your daily spiritual experience
- Manage your subscriptions and purchases
- Schedule your spiritual reminder notifications
- Save your favorite verses and your progress
5. Data storage
5.1 Local storage
All of your data is stored locally on your device via UserDefaults. This includes:
- Your preferences and settings
- Your favorite verses and collections
- Your progress and daily streak
- Your notification settings
5.2 External storage
- Apple: subscription history (managed by Apple; we have no direct access to it)
Bibleo has no servers. No data is transmitted or stored outside your device.
6. Data sharing
Your personal data is never sold.
Sharing is strictly limited to:
- Apple Inc.: for payment processing and subscription management via the App Store
No other third party has access to your data.
7. Advertising tracking
Bibleo displays no advertising and carries out no advertising tracking. The application does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because no tracking is implemented.
8. In-app purchases
Purchases are managed exclusively by Apple's App Store. Bibleo:
- Has no access to any banking data
- Stores no payment information
- Only verifies subscription status via StoreKit
9. Security
The measures protecting your data include:
- Local encryption provided by iOS (device protection)
- No transmission of data over the Internet
- No storage of data on remote servers
- No password or user account required
10. User rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Right of access: consult the data concerning you
- Right to rectification: modify your information
- Right to erasure: delete your data by uninstalling the application
- Right to object: disable notifications at any time
- Right to data portability: since your data is stored locally, it is already in your possession

Bibleo is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data relating to minors. If you are a parent and believe that your child is using the application, you may contact us.
