Terms of Sale

1. Seller

These terms of sale (the "Terms of Sale") apply to the Bibleo Pro subscription offered within the Bibleo application, published by VIRO, SAS with a share capital of €100, RCS Nanterre 941 632 291, registered office at 2 Avenue des Acacias, 92700 Colombes — intra-community VAT number FR29941632291.

2. Product

Bibleo Pro is a subscription granting access to premium content and features (unlimited access to content, complete Bible readings, premium prayers, exclusive categories, removal of advertising). The precise features are those described in the application at the time of subscription.

3. Price

Bibleo is free; the Bibleo Pro subscription is paid. The applicable prices (weekly, monthly and annual plans) are those displayed in the App Store at the time of subscription, all taxes included. VIRO reserves the right to modify its prices; the applicable price is the one accepted at the time of subscription or renewal.

4. Subscription and payment terms

Subscription to and payment for Bibleo Pro are made exclusively through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to the user's Apple account upon confirmation of purchase. Apple's payment and billing terms apply in addition to these Terms of Sale.

5. Term and renewal

The subscription is entered into for the term selected (week, month or year) and renews automatically for an identical term, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours preceding the end of the period.

6. Cancellation

The user may cancel at any time from their Apple account settings (App Store → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access to Pro features remains active until that date. No pro-rata refund is due for a period already started.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. Refund requests are furthermore governed by Apple's policy.

9. Personal data

Data relating to the subscription is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Mediation and governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute. Failing agreement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
